3. Camera Permission
Our app requests optional access to your device camera solely to:
- Capture member profile images through the admin’s device
- Enable gym staff to identify members for fee collection
Camera access is granted only with your explicit consent. You may:
- Grant or revoke camera permission in device settings
- Continue using core app features without granting camera access (profile images unavailable)
All captured images are compressed and stored securely on our backend servers.

- To provide and maintain the gym management service
- To process membership and billing operations (fees collected outside the app)
- To display member profiles and photos in the app
- To improve our software and analyze usage patterns

5. Data Storage, Retention, and Deletion
- Member data and profile images are stored in our backend database under the gym admin’s control
- Gym admins may delete any member’s data or image from within the app at any time
- Data for a deleted member is permanently removed immediately from our servers
- Upon request, we will delete an entire gym admin account and its associated data within 30 days
- We do not retain any personal data beyond user consent or the gym admin’s retention policies
6. Third-Party Services
- RazorPay handles payment processing outside the app
- We do not store credit card details
- RazorPay’s privacy policy governs all payment data
- Other integrations (e.g., biometric device interfaces) occur outside the mobile app and do not collect data through the app

- Encrypted storage at rest for personal data and images
- Access controls and authentication for gym admins
- Regular security assessments and infrastructure updates
