1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for and using GymSupport, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Free Trial
New accounts receive a 15-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required. After the trial ends, the account will be paused until a subscription plan is activated.
3. Subscription & Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use GymSupport only for lawful gym management purposes. You are responsible for all data entered into your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
5. Data Ownership
You own your gym's data. We do not claim ownership of any data you submit to GymSupport. Upon account cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
6. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay subscription fees.
8. Limitation of Liability
GymSupport shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
